Cancellation and refunds

This page sums up how to cancel and when we give money back. It's part of our Terms and conditions (section 8), which is what counts.

Free trial

The first 7 days are free and you don't need a card. If JobRats isn't for you, you pay nothing.

Cancelling

You cancel in one step from «My account», whenever you want. No commitment and no fee.
After you cancel there are no more charges. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
When your plan ends, your board and your applications are still there.

Refunds

If we charge you something we shouldn't, like a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it in full.
Because you get 7 free days to try it and the service is delivered from the first moment, paid plans have no right of withdrawal (article 3 bis, letter b, of Chilean Law 19,496). This doesn't affect your other consumer rights.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us from Support or at soporte@jobrats.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We reply within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the same payment method.
